Your first scoop starts here. A few helpful answers about Gelato Jee pints, pickup and flavor drops.
What is Gelato Jee?
Small-batch gelato inspired by South Asian dessert favorites. Our signature collection brings familiar flavors into creamy gelato made for your freezer.
Which flavors can I explore?
Chocolate Chai, Gulab Jaman, Jalebi, Rasmalai and Rooh Afzah. Explore the current pint collection or read the flavor guide.
How the weekly pint drop works
Complete your preorder by Monday at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. We use Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to make, pack and freeze the weekly batch. Orders after Monday’s cutoff join the following week’s batch.
Where and when do I pick up my order?
Urban Skillet Santa Monica, 2307 Main Street, Unit B, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Weekly pint pickup begins Friday after your ready-for-pickup email. Bring your confirmation and collect during the location’s opening hours.
Do you ship pints?
Yes. Shipped orders follow the same Monday cutoff and Tuesday–Thursday production batch. We keep the batch frozen and dispatch on the following Monday, with overnight Tuesday delivery targeted where supported. Minimum four pints ($80) for shipping, plus $35 flat frozen shipping. Your dispatch email includes tracking. Friday is the pickup day, not a promised home-delivery day. Free Santa Monica pickup has no four-pint minimum. See our pickup and shipping details.
How should I store and serve my pint?
Keep frozen. Let the pint soften briefly before scooping and return the rest to the freezer promptly. Get our serving guide for a little tasting-night inspiration.
Where can I check ingredients and allergens?
Contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or dietary requirement. We can help you check the current flavor information. Do not assume a flavor is allergen-free from its name or photo.
Can you cater my event?
