When will my order be ready?
Order by Monday at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. We make your batch Tuesday–Thursday. Santa Monica pickup starts Friday after your ready email. Shipped pints leave the following Monday, with Tuesday delivery targeted. Late orders join the next batch.
Pickup or shipping: what does it cost?
Santa Monica pickup is free with no minimum. Frozen shipping is $35 for orders of $80 or more, equivalent to four full-price pints, to eligible contiguous U.S. addresses. See all delivery details.
Ingredients, allergens and storage?
Keep pints frozen and let them soften briefly before scooping. For full ingredients or allergen information, contact us before ordering.
