How the weekly pint drop works
Complete your preorder by Monday at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. We use Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to make, pack and freeze the weekly batch. Orders after Monday’s cutoff join the following week’s batch.

Your batch is delivered to Santa Monica by Friday. Collection begins Friday after your ready-for-pickup email, during the location’s opening hours. Bring your order confirmation. A placed order is not a same-day pickup promise.
Shipping your weekly batch
Shipped orders require at least four pints ($80). Mix any of our flavors. We make your batch Tuesday–Thursday, hold it frozen, and dispatch it the following Monday. Overnight Tuesday delivery is the target where the selected express service supports it; your tracking confirms the delivery estimate. Friday is the local pickup day, not the shipping arrival day.
$35 flat frozen shipping applies to orders of $80 or more. This shipping charge is separate from your pints and covers our frozen-packing and express-dispatch service. Frozen pints travel in insulated packaging with dry ice, using a service selected for their destination. We serve eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. No routine Friday dispatch: we avoid weekend transit. Carrier holidays or severe weather can move dispatch to the next safe shipping day; we will communicate changes before shipping.
Pickup or shipping?
Santa Monica pickup is free with no four-pint minimum. Shipping requires an $80 order minimum, equivalent to four full-price pints. At checkout, select pickup or Weekly Frozen Express. Four pints plus shipping total $115 before tax.
After pickup or delivery
Put your pints in the freezer promptly. Let a pint soften briefly before scooping and return it to the freezer after serving.
